I guess my earliest memory of actively trying to heal the earth was a day back in 1969. I was 13 years old and working after school as a book keeper in Auburn, Maine. I was standing outside the door for a breath of fresh air and watched a woman empty the contents of her trunk onto the ground. When she reached up to close the lid I ran towards her and yelled, “Ma’am, you dropped something.” She helped me put everything back into her trunk and drove away. I hope she never did that again.
Fast forward to 1982 when my sons were 1 and 3 and I decided I wanted to help pay the bills with a part time job. The YWCA needed an aerobics instructor, was willing to pay for my certification, and take care of my children while I taught, so I took the course and began teaching 3 days each week. I realized I didn’t like what aerobics did to my body so I began to invent exercises to boost metabolism, stretch the body and tone the muscles. At the time I didn’t realize I was tapping in to the Collective Consciousness, teaching Yoga and Pilates helping people sculpt their bodies and calm their minds.
I believe I have had an unusual amount of difficulties and odd diseases in my life, so I could “live to tell about them.” I have also had great opportunities to experience how helping people change their diets can change their lives. Most memorable was helping a quadriplegic regain his brain and his ability to speak clearly simply by eliminating the Diet Coke, Splenda and Crystal Light products he was drinking all day long.
The pages in this web site explain how, by healing my self through natural methods and writing about them, I have been able to help others do the same in their lives. I believe we can heal this earth, one person at a time.

Healin The Earth is a lot of work, but I think it is worth it ;)
John F. Kennedy said, "One man can make a difference and every man should try."
I think he meant women too... in fact, feminine energy may even be more powerful/ persuasive ;)
