Jin Shin Jyutsu Hand/Emotion Meditation Before I get out of bed in the morning I grab my thumb and breathe deeply 3 times. This completes the meridian of worry and calms me, as it calms a baby worried about where its next meal is coming from. Then I grab my pointer finger and breathe deeply completing the meridian of fear. The middle finger completes the anger meridian, the ring finger completes the meridian for sadness and grief and the pinky completes the meridian of trying too hard. Do the same on each hand and start the day with 30 deep, meditaional and acu-point meditation for a great day!
