If there are ANY HABITS you would like to change; addictions to smoking, drinking, drugs, food or ANYTHING, enter this RAFFLE where everyone is a winner!
R - RECOGNIZE you have something in your life you want to change. RESPECTING yourself and others enough to change it is part of this first step.
A - Ask for help. If you believe in God, ask God for help. If you believe in your sister, ask her for help. If you believe in yourself, ask your inner self for help.
F - Find out who you are and what you want to change. The "Big Book" from AA calls this an inventory. Go through your life and write down "the wrong" things. F - Forgive yourself. Forgive others. We are all doing the very best we can and we all have a right to be who we are.
L - Love yourself. That's a big one. You are the only human being that will be with you all your life. Once you love yourself you can love others.
E - Embrace life. Enjoy life. Live it as fully as you can! My late husband used to say, "Live every day as though it were your last-cause someday it will be!"
