It has been so long since I have had the time to sit and write about what is happening I don't know where to begin.
I still wake up every morning and thank The Universe that I am breathing. I still do my morning devotions. Sometimes if I don't have a full hour to dedicate to my stretching prayers I will do the 9 Minute Wonder, an exercise concept which came to me while working in the center of my labyrinth. I have been sharing this exercise with people up and down the east coast and finally was able to get help getting the you tube video on this website.
I am still traveling, spending a little time at home in between journeys. Right now I am sitting at my desk in The Cypress House printing out flyers for my exercises, planning a trip to Gainesville on Friday to see the original Wailers Band and just happy to be here at home.
In the past couple of months I have spent a lot of time in Panama. Yes, the country.
I have fallen in love with a little town called Bocas del Toro which is located in the northwest portion of the country on the Caribbean side. It is small, quaint, third world, surrounded by jungle and filled with wonderful people. Americans on vacation, ex-patriots, travelers from around the world and the lovely locals. It is definitely a third world country experiencing growing pains with its increase in tourism but I think they are trying to grow in a proper manner. Time will tell and I hope I am able to help them grow.
When I visited in January I went there to attend a healing workshop in Panama City sponsored by the Zero Point Global Corporation. We spent seven days in classes studying quantum physics, frequency healing, numerology, medical intuitive diagnostics and much more at The Amador Hotel in Panama City. We started every morning at 9am, worked all morning, dined together at lunch, worked all afternoon, dined together for dinner and then either met for more work in the evenings or danced the night away. These healing folks are the kind who like to have a whole lot of fun and I am so glad they have enetered my life; not only because their healing tools are quite remarkable but because they are genuinely nice people trying to help others heal. I have photos up on my facebook account and invite you to check them out at this link

When we were done with the seminar my long time friend, Karen King and I incorporated a side trip to Bocas del Toro. We enjoyed the restaurants, the hostels, the airport, the street fairs and the bars, haha-not necessarily in that order.
When I went back in February to visit a nice man I met in January I was able to explore outside the downtown area a bit discovering the Bocas Butterfly Gardens, the Botanical Gardens and even got in a 20 mile round trip on a bicycle through the mud to Bocas del Drago. That was the day of the sloth encounter of another kind. We stopped at a 100 foot tall tree at a bend along the way which had literally dozens of vines hanging from its highest limbs. I stopped because I wanted a photo of me swinging on what looked like the perfect Tarzan-type vines. I picked a vine and tested it deciding it would be able to support my weight. When I put all of my weight on the vine it snapped at the top and fell in a heap beside me on the ground. The vine was not the only thing in the heap though there was a ball of fur laying on the ground motionless. I stepped back for fear it would be angry and attack me not having any idea what kind of animal was making this still ball of fur. When it started to move I realized it was a sloth and I grabbed the camera from my friend and began shooting photos and video, feeling absolutely sick that I had knocked him out of the tree but amazed he seemed to be fine and considered myself the lucky one. Lucky because it had not hit me in the head and lucky because who else would pull a sloth out of a tree and get photos and video? The still shots are up on facebook and I hope to get that video converted to an Mp4 and up there too.
I spent 3 weeks visiting in February and will return again for my birthday in May. While there in May I will pick the house for our Healers Unite Month...hopefully it will be the first of many gatherings there. I also am hoping to help with a charter business but won't write too much about that now, I'll let you know how that progresses as time goes on.
So, all is good in the life of Diane. Having a little issues with my pancreas right now so I guess I am now learning how to eat nearly carb-free. I miss my rice milk, my Ezekiel cereal and my fruit, but if eliminating carbs for awhile and drinking a frequency tea will allow me to have a couple of glasses of wine without feeling like I am going to pass out, I'll do it! As I told someone yesterday, I feel as though I have been put on this earth to survive lots of different kinds of illnesses so I can help others do the same. What is the saying? God doesn't give you anything you can't handle... or that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
AMEN! But I prefer to quote my favorite saying, IT'S ALL GOOD.
